The Medical Quality Assurance Commission has the authority to write rules and policies regarding physicians (MD) and physician assistants (PA). This list will provide you copies of draft rules or policies, invitations to public rules workshops and and rules hearings that may affect the practice of medicine. This list also provides you the opportunity to make comments on any proposed rules.
