HB 2977, titled AN ACT Relating to providing expiration dates for certain environmental tax incentives, has been introduced in the House of Representatives. The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected feepayers.

Ten-year projection:

The impact of the legislation is beyond the time frame of this analysis. State and local revenue impacts will not be seen until Fiscal Year 2020.
