SUBJECT: Ecology adjusts Grays-Elochoman, Cowlitz rule timeline and
plans to start again in 2011


Based on the local watershed planning unit's need for more time, the
Washington Department of Ecology (Ecology) will allow more time for the
rulemaking process in the Grays-Elochoman and Cowlitz watersheds.
