(New)  Day of Silence-This Friday, April 15. GSA will be having signups at lunch in the Student Center today, tomorrow, and Thursday.

(New)  Calling all zombies!!!  Calling all zombies!!!-  Mrs. Martinez and Mr. Fraser-Bumatay are in need of an army of the undead to help teach their sci-fi classes a thing or two.  If you’re interested in starting the zombie epidemic, they’ll be accepting the first 25 students who show up Friday, April 15th, after school, in room B-309.  Please arrive after the final bell.  Students caught loitering before the final bell will be sent back to their classrooms and will not be allowed to participate.

German club- Meeting tomorrow during Panther Period in Room A-206.  Remember to get your passes from Frau Essex ahead of time.

Senior Prom- “Evening on the Bay” at Shilshole Bay Beach Club is Saturday, May 7^th from 9-midnight.  Ticket prices are $65 per couple and go on sale April 20^th. Guest pass applications are available in the main office now.  Secure your date and start the plans!

Science HSPE- Sophomores: you are taking the Science HSPE today.  The State of Washington recommends you use a scientific calculator.  There are many rules for using a graphing calculator.  Please visit our SHS website for details about graphing calculators. Students wanting a “Grab and Go” breakfast need to pick it up from the Student Center in the cafeteria, not the scramble room.  Please enter by the garage door. Also please note you will be testing in the same location that you tested for HSPE Writing and Reading.

Students not testing during the HSPE who must use school transportation need to report to the Library beginning at 7:25am for check in and attendance. Students will be required to choose 1 of 3 locations for the duration of the testing time:

· Library for quiet study

· Aux Gym for activities

· Mr. Fraser-Bumatay’s classroom B-309 for a movie.

Traffic Safety Education- Registration is open until tomorrow. Pick up registration forms in the bookkeeping office. This is a first come first serve class so register early.

Open Gyms- Spring open gyms for girls will be on Tuesday’s from 5:00-6:30pm.   There is a schedule for the open gyms posted on the athletic secretary’s window.
