New Training Dates for SEPA Basics and Beyond

New SEPA Rules in Effect

On January 28, the recently adopted SEPA rule amendments became effective. The State Legislature website is now updated with the current version of the following sections of WAC 197-11.

The SEPA Rulemaking Advisory Committee held their third meeting on 10-2-2012. As a result of the meeting yesterday an alternative draft rule proposal emerged from some members of the committee.
